The Constitution has brought down, the government again approves the draft law on the Bureau of Prefiscating Wealth, but with changes

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has named this bill among the most important of his government.

The bill was changed after the Constitutional Court in June declared it invalid.

And according to the bill's explanation, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, the changes constitute four articles that have been rejected by the Constitution.

The Law for the Bureau was adopted in February 2023 by the Kosovo Assembly, while a few days later it was sent to Constitution by the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
