The newspaper Insander has managed to secure a decision by this year's five March Labour Inspectorate. The decision testifies that Kosovo's Telekom has been declared the measure of two thousand euros. All because of disrespecting the date of the competition's closing, cancelling written testing, cutting the date of complaints and violating the work contract.


Insander It has also managed to secure an official report issued by the Labour Inspectorate regarding a competition for violating several points by Telekom. Even in this official report, similar violations are cited, such as disrespecting the date of the end of the competition, writing testing, non-exploring questions as the law envisions and closing the length of complaints before the period specified by Igij (eight days).

The newspaper Insander had reported last year on successive sentences for Telekom's legal violations.
Pollster Isuf Mehmeti, one of the candidates for managership in the position of Human Resources, had won the case against Kosovo Telekom, for which the public employment inspector had sentenced him to three thousand euros.
Kosovo's Telekom had taken note of the official report that was delivered to him by the Inspectorate, and after three months he was convicted of canceling the written test for the above-mentioned contest 1,500 euros i n 1,500 more euros for failing to respond within the deadline by the complaint commission, complainers Mehmeti.
At the end of last year, Insander was reporting on the first sentences of the Labour Inspectorate, totaling 10,000 euros. Kreshnik Domi and Blerim Bala, two candidates for chief executives, won the case against Telekom. The Labour Inspectorate found violations of the Labour Law in both cases.
The sentence came two months after the Inspectorate recommendations were not implemented by the official report.
