In the presence of many legal and financial professionals, the Bar Association “Vokshi & Lata” has published the book “todayFinal Judiciary Practice, Collection of Commercial Court Decisions ”. This publication represents a innovation in legal publications, as it is unique in its format in Kosovo.
The book contains 71 carefully selected decisions, from a total of more than 800 decisions reviewed and divided into 9matic chapters, offering a structured mirror of the completion procedures in Kosovo from the founding of the Commercial Court to December 31, 2023.
Lawyer Society Director “Vokshi & Lata”, Urim Vokshi, has stressed the importance of this publication to legal professionals, adding: “Publication is designed to serve as a detailed guide for lawyers, executives, businesses, accountants and all those dealing with implementation of the completion law. It included clarifications of judicial practice and offers precise references for consultation of full decisions, helping improve efficiency and transparency in the completion processes” the lawyer Vokshi said.
Lawyer Florin Lata's co-author explains how the Bar Association intends to contribute to society through continued legal publications, keeping an eye on the values represented by the lawyer's profession, but also the goals of Vokshi & Lat to harmonise with standards ESG. Mr. Lata emphasises that “through this publication aims to inform all acters involved in the final procedures with the court's establishment, but once we intend for specific topics to increase attention for the unification of judicial practice in order to predict the interpretation of norms, which would increase judicial security in our country and diminish the possibility of arbitrators<1x> said Lata.
Panelists in this promotion were Luan Matoshi accountants and Aferdita Shala jurists, who exchanged their experiences and experiences with the public, where the importance was highlighted that all parties involved in the accounting procedure may be informed of practices in decision-making of Kosovo courts. Mrs. Shala shared with those present the challenges faced in the completion procedures during her daily work.
Mr. Matoshi also noted no involvement in accounting problems that are currently in Kosovo in order for judicial practices to be taken into account in the daily work of accountants and other persons involved in completion, especially in order not to achieve debt prescribing deadlines.
