Bislimi-Petkovic meeting, analysts: To take photos, parties are interested in moving forward

Kosovo and Serbia's chief negotiators, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkovovic, are found in Brussels today for a new round of talks within dialogue on normalising relations. But according to the view of political analysts from this meeting, they do not expect any major change in view that both sides have no great interest in the Dalmatian.
Political analyst Visar Ymer asked about today's meeting in Brussels, for Periscope said neither side is interested in moving forward.
It's hard to predict expectations because of the lack of transparency in the dialogue developments, so we don't even know exactly what it's going to be about, nor do we know exactly what we agreed on and where the differences are, nor do we know what the parties' intentions are (as well as the main requirements in the thick line). One thing that is obvious is that neither of the dialogue parties have any interest in moving forward in implementing the agreement reached. Under such circumstances it is difficult to expect any progress”, he has said.
Nor did Ymer add to Konjufca's statement weeks ago, which said dialogue has died.
According to Ymer death of the dialogue, it is not in the favour of the country, and such statements harm Kosovo.
The dialogue is not dead, nor can it be declared dead by either side so easily. Nor is it in Kosovo's interest that dialogue dies since Kosovo should use dialogue to advance recognition and international affirmation of its sovereignty. I think statements like this of the Speaker of the Assembly are aimed at creating another impression of truth and are statements dedicated to the electorate. But when it is said by such institutional positions these statements become harmful to Kosovo, he has told Periscope.
Ymer also cited Vucinqi's seven demands towards Kosovo.
He said Serbia's president has surrendered, but that his tactic, according to Ymer, was Kosovo in an even more difficult position.
The key thing is that the president of Serbia has given up the long boycott of Kosovo institutions. He kind of gave up. But this is not the only reading of this situation. This tactical movement of Vuciki is now Kosovo in an even more difficult position. Because it has to be extremely problematic if Kurti now drags on the return of Serbs to institutions in northern municipalities. The pressure again risks falling on Kosovo”, Ymer said of Periscope.
Just as Ymer thinks, analyst Arbnor Sadiku, who does not expect anything positive from today's meeting in Brussels.
I don't expect anything to move positively but more will continue the status quo and it will be a more meeting for photos”, Sadiku said of Periscope.
Otherwise, Bislim and Petkovic for the last time in Brussels have met in early July, returning from there without any results.
These trips by chief negotiators were following a new round of dialogue at the highest level in late June, which ended without a meeting between Albin Kurti and Aleksandar Vucinqi. EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell could not lower them in front of each other. In separate meetings with both leaders, he had talked about what was achieved in dialogue. Kosovo's prime minister, who was said to have conditioned the trilateral meeting, had appeared satisfied after meetings with the mediator. The Serbian president, on the other hand, had also come out satisfied with the meetings he called successful. /Periscopi
