He has suggested that ministers Jalal Svecla, Lieburn Aliu and Faton Peci had to be included in the indictment filed by the Special Court.
In his account in “Facebook”, Berisha has written that the ministers in question, failing to act under Kosovo's laws, have allowed the villa of Milan Radojici, which has been used as a basis for terrorists.
The Special Prosecutor's Act on Rajdojciki and other indictees for the terrorist attack on Banjska highlighted a truth that has been denied by its current regime and explorers. That criminal Radojcik built him at Weiman Lake after 2021, evidence that two witnesses interviewed by the prosecution testified according to the indictment. Not trying to get the prosecutor into their affairs, I think that in the indictment it would be like three ministers (Sfecla, Peci, Aliu), who by not acting by law and their flocks, have allowed the construction of a base for the terrorist group on the territory of Kosovo”, Berisha wrote.
