Course in battle to control the election, MPJD complains at PZAP and openly intervenes in the work of the CEC as independent constitutional institution

The process is still well under way, the Kosovo government, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, is aiming to intervene through government dictatorships and to control the organisation of the Kosovo Assembly Elections scheduled to be held on February 9th 2025. Inexplicably and completely opposed to the General Election Law, the Ministry [...]
Inexplicably and in full opposition to the General Election Law, the Foreign Ministry is aiming to take over tasks belonging only to the Central Election Commission.
The appointment of voters through seats in Kosovo, or even in the parliamentary countries of Kosovo's diplomatic representations, where it will be voted for the first time, is the legal duty of the Central Election Commission.
This can be proved through two articles, Article 1 pargaraph 1 and paragraph 8 of Article 96. The maximum number of voters in a vote in Kosovo does not exceed 750 voters, but for diplomatic representation that restriction is not worth it.

And so did the CEC. In a diplomatic representation vote, it has not appointed 750 voters, but 1,000. So, in total, at 47 countries, the maximum number of voters the CEC has assigned is 47,000.
According to the CEC, this decision has been made in line with MPJD recommendations for the physical capacities of diplomatic representations, which are mainly narrow spaces and do not exceed hundreds of square metres.
Democracy. com reported on August 29th 2024 on the scandalous recommendations of MPJD, which were not taken into account by the CEC. MPJD had recommended to the CEC that in the 352 square metre Syrih Consulate be registered to vote on 30,000 people.
MPJD ANCOZED WRITER IN KEC's KEC KOBAN
Just why the CEC did not take into account the MPJD recommendations to set up voter emission numbers to vote in narrow spaces, but which would then be used as an excuse for MPJD to pass voting in rented areas.
With her complaint, MPJD has exceeded legal authorisations, since in no case is its duty to interpret international conventions, but according to Article 96, paragraph 8, MPJD is tasked with providing the CEC's list of all diplomatic representatives, along with necessary details on the space of the objects. All this information, by law, should offer the CEC within three days of accepting the request.
