On Wednesday, chief prosecutor Blerim Isufaj appeared at a media conference where he announced an indictment of 45 people who were involved in the terrorist attack on Banjska, led by chief criminal Milan Radojciq.

Kosovo's government for Banjska's indictment: Better Late Than Ever

EU, DASh welcome establishment of indictment
The European Union has welcomed the establishment of the indictment against 45 members of the terrorist group that organised the September 24th attack on Zvecan Banjska.
EU spokesman Peter Stano has once again stressed the expectations of the culprits being held accountable.
“The EU welcomes the fact that the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has completed investigations into the Baynka attack and has filed the indictment. The ongoing EU has stressed the expectations that all those involved and responsible for this brutal attack be held accountable. The preamble of the indictment means that now the court process will begin and we are waiting for the outcome of these proceedings.
While the American State Department said they encourage respect for the judicial process and the rule of law, as Kosovo filed charges regarding the September 24th attack of Zvecan Banjska.
“As far as the Kosovo indictment is concerned, we encourage respect for the judicial and rule of law process and for patience as this complex case is prosecuted in courts. The US continues to strongly support rule of law, equal justice and good governance in Kosovo”, a spokesman for the US State Department said. Radio Free Europe.
What happened on September 23rd in Banjska?
In Zvecan Baniska é northern part of Kosovo a group of armed Serbs attacked Kosovo police on 24 September last year, killing Sergeant Africa Bulnjak.
