In this case, the prosecutor of the case, Naim Abazi, has stated that the Banjska case is a major criminal case, including the establishment of the indictment against a large criminal group of 45 people, suspected of committing criminal acts linked to both terrorisation and financing of terrorism.
The comments in this case have been among the most complex investigations this Prosecutor ever had. These investigations have required intensive work involving law enforcement agencies both national and international. We have conducted 66 interviews with witnesses and defendants, about 120 electrical equipment and 66 thousand weapons, other equipment, and have provided hundreds of documents containing critical evidence on the case. We have faced some major challenges, but our commitment to light up this occasion has enabled us to overcome this challenge. He said that among the key indictees in the case is the one known as the leader of the group, who has played a key role in the attack, Milan Radojicic.
“He played a role in co-ordination and criminal activity. We have made dozens of requests for international co-operation, including the EU and the United States, from which we have managed to provide significant evidence. During this process we have implemented the sequencing of a series of playful and real estates, such as property, multiple vehicles.
