Former chief of the negotiating group for talks, Avni Arifi, in RTK, has commented on today's meeting of Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi with EU Emissar Miroslav Lajcak in Brussels.

He said that today's meeting had no harmonised agenda, as he called the meeting “cot”.
