Goran Vasiljevic, a Kosovo Serb, a contractive figure, even employees in Kosovo institutions, which makes this meeting delicate.
According to sources Albanian Post By Kosovo Police, Vasiljevic is suspected by security bodies in Kosovo as an accomplice of Serbia's Security Intelligence Agency, known as “BIA”
He allegedly had ties to the group of Serbian agents who had come to Kosovo to buy witnesses, offering them large sums of money in exchange for their statements on organ trafficking by the Kosovo Liberation Army during the war period in Kosovo.
In an operation, after even video evidence had been provided, police then had arrested spies Igor Yuqillad, Milutina Radanovic and Predrak Zhelkovic.
In one of the photos Albanian Post has provided, Vasiljevic is on the right side of Dragan Vasiljkovic, former commander of the Serbian paramilitary forces called “Kninjas”, while with them is former Serbian Army chief Nebojsa Pavkovic.
For the same, in a show called “The leaders of” on Radio Television in Kosovo, released on October 16, 2020, Serbian Army documents that were seen to be Pavkovic giving orders for the extermination and disappearance of 1998-1999 war files in Kosovo had been cleared.
Sitting at the table with Kurti, Serbian Goran Vasiljevic, also has a photo showing at a rally of Serbian nationalists against Albanians in Kosovo.
As mentioned earlier, Vasiljevic is also an employee of Kosovo institutions.
Albanian Post has secured the extension of the contract he has signed to continue work at the ministry led by Lieburn Aliu, the Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure.
Vasiljevic was employed in 2022 and the document he provided The AP, the contract was continued at the ministry until November 7th of this year (2024).
This agreement on practical work is linked between the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Officer Goran Vasiljevic”, said in the contract.
This agreement offers the framework for continuing the practical work relationship between the parties and is implemented in harmony with Article 16 of the labour law”, continues on.
