Albanian soldiers from the Regional West Command under the NATO-led KFOR mission and Hungarian trainers from the KFOR Tactic Reserve Battalion regularly conduct training activities to cope with fire-defence at Camp Novo Selo, in the village of Majouraj.
According to them, this training is key to testing their skills and maintaining high operational readiness.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and for freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR is the third security response behind the Kosovo Police and the EU Law Rule mission (EULEX), with which we closely co-operate”, says their announcement.
