That's the age that is most being endangered by heart disease in Kosovo

September 29th marks the world day of heart health. This campaign serves to inform about cardiovascular diseases, which are the leading cause of death worldwide.

Even at the CKUK Cardiology Clinic, the number of heart disease patients has increased.

The number of heart patients has seen an increase this year. Every day the Cardiology Clinic treats approximately 14 patients with such diseases.

And the age most at risk of heart disease, according to cardiologists, is 35 to 45 years old.

“Initially complain of chest pain and fatigue, then comes to the worst heart attack or the closure of one of the main arteries”, said noble Veliu, cardiologist.

And on the Day of the World Heart, Veliu has demonstrated the greatest cause of heart disease.
