The decision on the provisional ban on these properties and villas has been made under suspicion of taking advantage of criminal action.
The value of the blocked property is estimated to be hundreds of thousands of euros, and the total surface of the temporarily blocked properties is 55687 square metres.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina in the continuation of investigative actions in the criminal case against G.G. for criminal work “Deception”, by Article 323 par 4 and “The avoidance of the Republic of Kosovo's Article 307 of the Tax” has ruled on the provisional ban on 24 real estate and 11 facilities (ville) for which there is no doubt that they were benefited by criminal acts. The value of the blocked property is estimated to be hundreds of thousands of euros, and the total surface of the temporarily blocked properties is 55687 square metres. The State Prosecutor remains committed to implementing the Law and prosecuting the perpetrators of criminal acts”, the announcement said.
