For August, the Special has seen seven hearings held in the court case '%T Thaci and others.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army superiors Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi are charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
In launching the trial process against them, they have been declared innocent of all points of indictment confirmed to them.
Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office investigate the alleged crimes of members of the Kosovo Liberation Army committed against ethnic minorities and political rivals from January 1998 to December 2000.
In October it is four years since the arrest of former KLA leaders: Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
As long as it has been so long, The Hague Specialised Prosecutor has yet to reach even half the witnesses intended to testify.
We remember that during July, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague on Tuesday found former Kosovo Liberation Army member Peter Shala guilty of three counts of war crimes, including arbitrary detention and torture of at least 18 prisoners at the Metallil Factory in Kukes, Albania and the murder of a prisoner.
This is the second war crimes trial pronounced by the Special Court.
