Interior Affairs Ministry (MPB) stressed that Gashi's chief of security, with two other members of the team, by order of speakers have appeared in front of the hall VIP at the airport, have even trained a gun and have been brought into conflict with police stations, seeking answers to why it has insisted that Kosovo president pass through security control at the airport. The Interior Ministry's Internal Control Department sanctioned the security chief and opened proceedings against two other bodyguards.
RMV Assembly Chairman Africa Gashi said he has sent security to calm the situation.

Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs named the event at Skopje Airport “inadequate and illegal treatment by airport security members” to President Vjosa Osmani.
