The woman is seen bleeding while her husband hits her with a gun.
It doesn't stop until a citizen steps in, the same one is seen holding the hand.
Other citizens have been seen, among them, a child.
The case for Periscope has confirmed police spokeswoman Flora Ahmeti.
She announced that a suspected person has been arrested in connection with the case.
“Today around 7:30 p.m., the police have received the tip of a shooting wound in Braje-Fushe Kosovo. The injured person (the woman) was sent for a medical treatment”, she said.
Meanwhile, he added that police investigators in co-ordination with the prosecution are taking investigative actions for full lighting of the case.
