Periscope had sent questions to the media office at Kosovo Telecom during yesterday's independences, while the same have been answered today.
Their response is said to be Kosovo's “Teleclomen is in the process of constantly carrying staff from the old organisational structure to the new”.

Let us explain that after the approval of the new organisational structure in 2022, Kosovo Telekom is in the process of carrying staff from the old organisational structure to the new facility.
Initially, the transport or completion of the new organisational structure has been made for the highest levels and is done mainly through internal competitions, while the actual delivery is being made for lower levels.
Since even in the old organizational structure, these levels have been fulfilled through task makers, the bearing on the new structure is made through the appointment of task makers, first and then being met with regular appointments through competition procedures. Occasionally, where the company lacks staff and requires special expertise, even for low levels in the facility we make sure that the transport in the new facility is done in the UD position to open competitions for those positions as well.
The fulfillment of the new organisational structure does not mean that there have been decisions as you claim, but it is simply the passage from the old structure to the new organizational structure.
The newly approved organisation is built in the form of eliminating dualised positions, so that employees will be paid on the basis of responsibility they have, their tasks and functions, and eliminate the inequalities that the old organisational structure has had.
On this basis, the fulfillment of the new organizational structure means that there is some positions for pay cuts, pay hikes, and no salary movement for most.
Otherwise, all changes in the new organisational structure in the company are announced to all that should be according to the company's required authorisations, as is determined by internal acts.
