Suspectedly deceived citizens into building villas, forbidden one person

The prosecution in Pristina has announced that a person allegedly cheating citizens for building villas has been arrested.

“The Founding Procurory in Pristina reported that after media reports and complaints submitted by citizens in the Kosovo Police, this Prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police and Tax Administration has conducted an operation on property of a business in Pristina-Ferizaj magistrate, 5th Kilometer, in Llapnalla in the Pristina municipality, regarding the criminal work <1x>Margjen<2>, from Article 323, paragraph 5 of KPRK-3x>

Computers, phones, business documents and citizen contracts have been seized as evidence.

“With the State Attorney's decision has been banned person G.G., as well as under this operation, material evidence, laptops, phones, business documents and contracts with many citizens for the construction of villas. ”

The prosecution has appealed to citizens who have been damaged by these actions to appear in the Police or Prosecutors.

The Constitutional Procuror in Pristina appeals to all citizens who have been injured by these actions to the Kosovo Police or Prosecutor, as the chief aim of the State Prosecutor is to combat crime, ensure the rule of law, and bring the perpetrators to justice. ”
