From information provided by police intelligence exchanged between Interpol Tirana and agencies in Kosovo, Durres' special operational forces located the declared internationally in the coastal city's number 13 neighbourhood.
“within megaoperation “Law rule”, as well as information provided by police intelligence and exchanged between Interpol Tirana and the law enforcement agencies in Kosovo, the Task Force Operational Force and the Anti-Trade Section, Durres, were seized in the No.13 neighbourhood and put in handcuffs, with the goal of extradition to Kosovo, the internationally declared citizen Dode Rica, 47, born in Mirday”, Durres Police announced on August 22nd.
Club owner Eagle” in Tirana and several cities of Albania since 2013, which has opened business in Pristina in 2022 with the commercial name “Cyborg Strip Club”, is expected to be extradited to Kosovo. After the arrest, the session is expected to be held at the Durres Court, the town where Dode Rica was put in chains, to decide whether to surrender justice in Kosovo.

Dode Rica is not an unknown name for law enforcement organs in Kosovo. He has a long history of his activities that conflict with the law.
He allegedly carried out tax evasion worth 36 thousand and 389 euros.
His business also figures in the records of the Business Recording Agency operating within the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Reca's name is also mentioned in 2018 as she tried to open a strip club under the basement of the Grand Hotel in Pristina.
After publishing through the media for the event, however, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency thwarted the plans.
