Questions about the witness have been started by prosecutor Sylvia D'Assol, who in his collection read about Juliet, said that she was a member of the U.S. KLA as well as author of a book for KLA, reports “Justice Vow”.

“Skender Jutilia is former KLA member from the Llap Operative Zone. It was keyed in the KLA in May 1998. His initial role was to mobilise civilians, and he contributed to the creation of the “Castle 33”. There he was commander and was at the 151th “Zahir Pajaziti” Brigade. Skender Zzitia continued to stay at the KLA and head various tasks and later became part of KPC”, Dãoscoply said.

The prosecutor said Gilitia will talk about methodology, interviews and sources used in his book.

“Skender Jutilia is a senior adviser at the History Institute “Ali Hadri” in Pristina and is author of the book HINA KLA: The Llapin's Operative Zone, which is a military-based history book for The KLA in the area that was published in 2008. As part of the testimony, he explains methodology, the sources used to prepare this book, including interviews, literature, journals with KLA commanders and fighters in the Lyp” operational zone, Déscoli said.

The prosecutor announced the witness that she would not question the things he had already confirmed, as his statements have been accepted in material evidence, but that she will now focus on some additional questions.

Responding to the prosecutor's questions, the witness indicated he was commander of the K33 unit in Lluga, Podujevo.

The witness said, when asked that the description for the K33 in the book was based on his experiences during the war.

For other units, the witness said he was based on interviews and conversations he had with warriors.

According to the chairman of the court, Charles Smith III, this witness's testimony is expected to last about a day and a half, which two hours have been envisioned for the prosecution's questions and about five hours for defence questioning.

While, in material evidence all statements were accepted along with the accompanying materials in Albanian and English that the witness had previously given to the SPS.
