Sentence against two defendants for assault on official person

The defendants, acting in co-ordination with the use of force, try to prevent official persons from performing official tasks, and that police/injuring E.G., A.H. and E.P., so that as long as the injured were in official office, in the wake of accepting information from the base regarding the above case, as the same responds to the case, and defendants are informed that they are arrested the same people refuse and continue to resist their arrest. ”

With these actions the defendants are suspected to have committed criminal acts, “The attack on the official person” and” Peging the official person in performing official tasks” sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The defendants will be held in detention for a month, which will be counted from the time of arrest on August 10th 2024 and will last until September 09th 2024. The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
