After the Supreme Court of Specialised Chambers of Kosovo has annulled Salih Mustaf's sentence of imprisonment for 22 years and the same have turned into consideration with the Court of Appeals, the head of Special Chambers, Ekaterina Trendafilova, has scheduled the panel of appeals judges who will handle the case on July 31st.
The news has been made known today by the Special Court itself through a media communiqué.
“On July 31, 2024, President Trendafilova appointed Judge Michèle Picard, Judge Kai Ambos and Judge Nina Jergensen at the College of the Appeals Court for the new appointment of the Mustafa sentence in line with the Mustafa's decision on the Protection of Legal”, the statement said.
