The conclusion of Mr. Emmerson as Mr. Wessel will become effective on the day when a new principal lawyer is appointed by the Register to represent Mr. Wessel. In this direction, the panel invites the registry to take all necessary measures to appoint a new principal lawyer for Mr. Wessel as soon as possible”, says the end of the decision. /Literacy
