He at a proposal for the Blic newspaper says there have been concrete actions to create diplomatic logistical platforms, so we're in this situation.
No concrete action has been taken towards creating a diplomatic logistical platform. Presenting a small state like Kosovo requires a lot of creativity, love of work, flexibility, wisdom, diplomatic culture and strategic approaches. Unfortunately, these elements have been missing in the case of Kosovo, and as a result, we are where we are today”, he says.
According to Pacolli, there has been no attempt at forming alliances with any state or group of states, even in smaller matters.
It takes a lot of work to succeed. We have not seen any action or attempts to create international alliances or to focus and act in partnership with any state or group of states on issues, even smaller ones. Also, public diplomacy has been lacking and the establishment of economic relations with any state”, the MP estimates. He adds that “act presumptuously and in favour of popular needs is in complete opposition to any form of active diplomacy. ” /Gazzeta Blic/
