Information on the duty of Gani Jakupi had not even provided Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas Donika Gervalla-Schwarz.

We remember that, to find the consultant, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas had submitted on June 13, 2023, and two days later, on June 15, 2023, the Commission decides to meet to complete the evaluation process.
Four days later, on June 19th 2023, the Foreign Ministry and Donika Grovall, through a decision, delegate the competencies for the process to Kosovo's ambassador to Brussels, Agron Bajrami.
The latter, through the MPJ's decision, June 19th 2023, receives the competence that is delegated to the super-soldier and tomorrow, on June 20, 2023, contracts with Gani Jakupin that, according to her, refers to as the Foreign Consultancy for Cultural and Mediatic Affairs.
The Republic of Kosovo has no recognition since Kurti government came to power and the leadership of diplomacy by Donika Gervala. Israel is the last state to have recognised Kosovo on September 4th 2020.
