Ramiz Ladrovci urges the government to distribute the Crena municipality's Assembly

Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci has called for the dissolution of the municipality's District.

As Ludrovci said, the Communist Parliament that 71 days is out of order.

To dismantle the Drenas Assembly, return citizenship mandate with new elections

Dear citizens, today I have asked the Ministry of Management of Local Power to announce the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for its failure to operate the Drenas Community Assembly today 71 days.

Because of the collapse of the Assembly, it is in the government's mandate to distribute the Crenaean Assembly and the legitimacy to return to the citizen.

I have found that with the nonfunction of the Assembly, the Communist budget has been jeopardised, the transport of budgetary means for the realisation of many capital projects, therefore the irresponsability of the Assembly is jeopardising the exercise of fundamental rights of the citizens of the Drensa municipality.

In the letter to the relevant institutions, I have noted that the Crennas Town Assembly is without the Speaker of the Parliament, since 16 asmblists, of them 6 DD aembilists, 5 former PDK asmblists, 4 Vvs and a Green Assavist in 6,6.2024, have fired the chairman, Milaim Hajdari.

I have contested the validity of asmblist's vote, Drin Halilaj, which was crucial to the dismissal of the Chiefs. Halilaj, after being employed at the Ministry of Defence, has not suspended position in that minister and held both positions simultaneously. The relevant ministries have closed their eyes on this issue and have not taken necessary action.

From that date, the founder's dismissal initials have not attempted to elect the new leader. The Drinas Community Assembly is unfunctioning and risks exercising the fundamental rights of its citizens.

It has been 71 days, without any meeting of the Parliament, as 43 days have passed since the return of the MAPL decision to sack the Speaker of the Assembly and no action has been taken by the Assembly to elect the Masters.

In harmony with Article 50, paragraph 50.3 of Law No. 03 No. 01-110-6904, I expect the MAPL to announce the Government for Disfunction of the Parliament, so that the Government will distribute the Drenas Community Assembly and the elections will be announced for the new Assembly.

The obstruction of executive work of the Drinas municipality, I expect to end, at the same time, citizens to choose the other assembly composition that engages in the development of the Drenas municipality and actually represent civic interest.
