Prosecutor seeks 30 days in custody for police and other suspect in Ferizaj's murder

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has demanded from the court the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against F.R. suspects, and J.M., for yesterday's murder in Bibaij.

According to the prosecution, there is suspicion that at 16,08,2024, around 19:26, the entrance to the wedding hall parking lot “Fan Palace”, on “road Angel Zefi”, in the village of Bibaij, the municipality of Ferizaj, the defendant F.R., has deliberately deprived the old Sadriu of life for poor motives.

The defendants each with his vehicles stopped at the scene, where the defendant J.M., in his hand, held strong (teshlica) and rushed towards the deceased, while the defendant F.R., with the official weapon fired several times on the deceased S.S., and with that case, put other people who have been with the deceased.
