The Commission has also found that “Screenshots”, released by Salih Zyba on social networking, where the names proved to be mentioned, were factual.

However, it should be noted that the original version, which contains the names of two portals, even distributed on social networks, does not contain the author of writing, but alone RTKlive. The later published version also contains initials. To be more correct, the commission members have talked to the journalist whose initials figure in one version. During the conversation, he has stated that he has done his translation of the article, which he has left in the system, as the process of daily work. Since more than 15 workers have access to that system, he says that he cannot even know who the article was published on the web. Therefore, we propose to review and increase the security of the web text publishing system, since they have access to more than 15 people.
