The statement stresses that the time has come to conclude the ceasefire agreement and release of hostages and detainees.
The three of us and our teams have worked hard over many months to create a framework agreement that is now on the table and only the implementation details left to be completed. This agreement is based on principles described by President Biden on 31 May 2024 and adopted by UN Security Council Resolution 2735”, said among other things in the declaration issued by the White House.
