In the afternoon of August 22nd, an American Army plane believed to have travelled to US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), William Burns, in Bosnia and Serbia, has been seen at Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashar”.
The American Embassy in Pristina has not answered the question of whether Burns is visiting Kosovo. Neither the Kosovo Presidency nor the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided a response to Radio Free Europe on this issue.
Thursday's Radio Free Europe team photographed the American Army's plane stopped in front of the “area. VIP” at Pristina Airport.
This aircraft is believed to have travelled from Sarajevo to Belgrade. Meanwhile, on August 22nd, this plane travelled from Belgrade to Bulgaria, North Macedonia and to the end of Kosovo, according to the website for tracking flights, Flightrader.
