Penal gossip to Edmond Hyrizi UBT ends up in the U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Hospital occupation.

Dr. Arben Kojqi and Dr. Fatos Kojqiqi, shareholders of “United Hospital,” have handed over today a criminal outcry in the Constitutional Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo to Edmond Hajrizaj, owner of the company. U n BT, for serious legal violations involving fraud, unauthorized access to private property, and misuse of office.

According to the submitted statement, Hajrizaj allegedly bought the stake of one of the “United Hospital” without receiving the approval of other shareholders, thus violating the rules of society's statute and pre-purchasing rights belonging to existing shareholders. Then he entered hospital facilities without the consent of other shareholders, which is considered unauthorized intervention on their property.

Criminal speculation also includes claims of misuse of official position or authority, arguing that Hajrizaj has used his influence to take over “United Hospital” illegally, without respecting procedures defined by the law and without taking the consent of society's governing bodies.

In their confession, Dr. Arben Kojqi and Dr. Fatos Kojqi emphasises that Hajrizaj's actions have caused major damage to society and shareholders, undermining their economic rights and creating a dangerous situation for the functioning of the hospital. They have asked the Constitutional Prosecutor to take immediate measures to investigate the case and ensure justice.

The Constitutional Prosecutor is expected to launch investigations in the coming days to verify the claims presented and take appropriate legal measures.

Contacted by Expose newspaper, Edmond Hayriz, company owner U n BT said he has authorization to get inside the hospital because the same guy has a contract with United Hospital “I have copyrighted access because I have contract with United Hospital to work there. As a worker”, Hayriz added.

Still not clear Mr. Edmond Hayriz inside United Hospital, since he himself claims to be a former United Hospital employee.
Sources from the newspaper within United Hospital learn that Hajriz already has a business contract with United Hospital as Operational Manager.

Asked about the value of buying shares, he has refused to give us details. According to Hajriz, it is the issue between sellers and stock buyers.

Events in question could serve as an important precedent for addressing similar issues in the future and for strengthening law enforcement in Kosovo's business sector.
