Pacolli Posting:
Today I was on a short trip to Italy with the head of the ITA Association Safety Department from Toronto.
It was about the event in Skopje.
He confirmed to me (what I knew) that there is no kind of immunity that might reason on avoiding the control of any passenger flying by an airplane, especially a public plane where the safety of other passengers is at stake and no preliminary safety procedures have been carried out.
If any passenger refuses control by the security service, the latter, among other things, inform the pilot of the aircraft, and the pilot automatically decides that the plane will not be lifted into the air.
Otherwise there's no instance in ordering the pilot to launch the plane if he's informed that there may be passengers on board uncontrolled.
This has happened at Skopje Airport, where the pilot has refused to start travel with passengers that have not been subjected to security control, and for this reason the heavy delay in leaving the plane with many passengers inside.
As for cloning the phone, it's naive to say that the phone can be cloned as it passes on the X-ray machine.
