President Vjosa Osmani has confirmed that European Union spokesman Peter Stano is giving racist statements against Kosovo even on the issue of opening Ibër Bridge.

At a news conference, she has stressed that opening the bridge for circulation should not be part of talks at the dialogue process meetings.
