According to the announcement issued by the presidency, Osmani has suggested that the integrity, independence, impartiality and professionalism of judges are essential elements for a justice system guaranteeing equality for all and civic trust.
At the swearing-in ceremony before the president of the Republic, the new judges have vowed that: “will stick to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the laws in power and will respect the rules of professional ethics, and faithfully carry out their duties””, the report says.
