North Mitrovica municipality doesn't even know Ibër Bridge opening date

The North Mitrovica municipality, though in April it had made its decision to open the Ibër Bridge, is not announced the date on which it could open. Meanwhile, connoisseurs of security circumstances are saying that the discussion of the Ibër Bridge has now taken a different direction.
