The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora said with concern she has learned about the incident that happened to President Vjosa Osmani at Skopje Airport, saying she has started collecting information on the case.
The MPJD said in response that it also requested official clarification from the North Macedonia Embassy in Pristina.
“The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora with concern has learned about the incident caused at Skopje Airport in proportion to the undignified treatment of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, through the Kosovo Embassy in Skopje, has started collecting information and since early in the evening has requested official clarifications from the North Macedonia Embassy in Pristina and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia. MPJD will keep the public informed of further actions, clarifying this situation and ensuring that such incidents do not occur in the future in relation to the heads of our state”, it is said in the full announcement published on Facebook.
