Montenegro's newly elected deputy speaker, Nikolla Camaj, estimates that the involvement of a large number of political forces in the Montenegrin government will not even prevent the country's Euro-Atlantic orientation.
Camaj said that the inclusion of Albanians in Montenegro's government is extremely important for realising those rights that have been denied for decades.
The taking of important positions, whether in government or parliament, is also important for the living of those pre-election promises, but also for the keying of the Albanians to power and taking responsibility to carry out those rights that have been promised for decades and which were signed in papers, but remain in them. From the position of deputy speaker of the assembly, from the position of deputy chairman in government and ministers, we have taken responsibility and will not blame anyone else if things do not work out the way we planned”, Camaj said.
Camaj, notes, that the path of European integrations and other issues in the region will not be violated and endangered even by the fact that, as he said, is based on the ruling coalition agreement.
It is that at this moment it is dominated and witnessed by dozens of laws passed to win The new phase of negotiations with the EU and decisions the government has made even in relation to Kosovo prove dominant is the next current leading to Europe. Whether it comes to questioning the reports with neighbouring states of course we don't believe they will come into question and we are part of this event, because we have an agreement that doesn't allow these issues to be touched and any attempt would be inconsistent and irresistent”, Parliament Speaker Nikolla Camaj said.
Camaj does not believe that the current majority in power can change Montenegro's path, as according to him, no political power exists for such a move.
“Montenegro has recognised Kosovo, and these two countries have diplomatic relations and cannot be called any other than independent Kosovo. It happens that in parliament we have different debates, but I don't believe there will be initiatives for something more, and if there are, they are failed. After all, those initiatives cannot be with us inside and with many others like the Bosniak Party. And if those forces would like to probably make any moves they don't have the political power of”, Camaj said.
Power in Montenegro will be focused entirely in line with European Union foreign policy and security and NATO partners. Respect and protection of these issues is vital for Montenegro, said Parliament Deputy Speaker Nikolla Camaj. / VOA
