The 38-year-old resident of Tirana is found on the rocks at “Barjos”, in KSamil.
From preliminary information he was allegedly out for navigation with a “cano device” and was doing diving in this area.
The investigative group is on the scene, and, under the D.A.'s direction, is working on a full clarification of the circumstances of the event.
