High temperature also increases the risk of fire and rapid spread. In the face of this, it is extremely important that one be a factor in extinguishing fires and by no means causing them or neglect. In addition to being criminal acts and being condemned by law, they have great potential for human tragedies and the inevitable environmental consequences. In this confrontation, our country has already experienced a painful loss the following week. Firefighter Sefadin Osmanaj lost his life in the line of duty. Our condolences to the Osmanaj family are our most vocal appeal against the fires and our co-operation with the country's institutions in early identification and immediate response to fire”, Kurti said at today's Government meeting.
He said he has also spoken to KFOR Commander Ozkan Uluta, in a “consultancy and co-ordination”.
KFOR's “assistance is very important in this matter”.
