Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has written at “X” on Tuesday that no Albanian will march on the bridge, thus exposing Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, who has declared that “Albanians will march on the bridge of the jug”.
Vuciq has even demanded from KFOR that “protect Serbs”.
To these statements, the head of the Government of Kosovo reacted, saying these false accusations are often preambles for a planned attack by Serbia.
“With false accusations that Albanians are marching on the bridge, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic aims to create an atmosphere of fear and issue a reaction from KFOR in Mitrovica, threatening that if they fail to respond, Serbia will answer”.
No Albanian is marching on the bridge, as he falsely claims. All plans for opening the bridge have been aimed at promoting peaceful interaction between the two communities. However, these false accusations are often an introduction to a planned attack by Serbia. For everyone's safety, they shouldn't and won't be allowed to enter our” territory, Kurti wrote.
Otherwise, a protest by Serbs in northern Kosovo has been warned tomorrow.
