Chairman PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has remembered former fighter Bekim Berisha on the 25th anniversary of his assassination in the Junik battle.
He said that “Abeja”, as Berisha has been known by his fellow fighters, has been the nightmare for the enemy himself.
Those who knew and fought by his side have said it's worth a thousand soldiers. Meanwhile, for the enemy, it was the nightmare itself”.
“Bekim Berisha '%Abija is one of the rare Albanians who missed no opportunity to fight against the Serbian genocide regime. In Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo he has only one name and one epithet: Hero”, Memli Krasniqi said.
Chairman The PDK said that “Abeja”, along with fellow fighters Bedri Shala, Elton Zherka and Permet Vula, were perpetuated at the holy altar of freedom.
“The unmarked lights on Kosovo's free skies. Eternal glory”, Krasniqi wrote on Facebook.
