As Croatia's State Prosecutor's Office reports on Tuesday (August 20th), at the Municipal State Prosecutor's Office in Dubrovnik has brought a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo (born 1984) under suspicion that he has committed the criminal act of causing a traffic accident in road communication, reports Klankosova.tv.
“There is suspicion that, on the basis of the 15th.2024, about 05:50, 40-year-old has been driving Renault Laguna car in the vicinity of the town of Soline in the direction of Dubrovnik, while not moving into its circulation tape, but turning the vehicle to the left and passing through the opposite lane and hitting the passenger car that has been moving on the opposite side and directed by the citizen of the Republic of Croatia (1979). The chairman of that passenger vehicle has changed lives at the scene due to multiple injuries, while passengers in that vehicle (a 48-year-old and a 45-year-old, citizens of the Republic of Poland) have suffered serious physical injuries. The passengers (the 42-year-old citizen of the Republic of Kosovo), the 11-year-old citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, have also been seriously injured in a car run by a 40-year-old suspect, Croatia's State Prosecutor's Office, has announced.
On August 20th 2024, the Municipal State Prosecutor in Dubrovnik proposed to the investigative judge of the Dubrovnik District Court that 40-year-old suspects be appointed the detention measure, which the investigative judge has accepted and assigned the detention measure.
