Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Chairman Faton Klinku has called on war veterans to be cautious when traveling outside Kosovo, especially when traveling through Serbia.
Klink, a few days ago in a public response, has said Serbia is continuing to update the lists, introducing veterans to the Interpol list.
Klinaku, said war veterans should not pass through Serbia, nor in countries that the Serbian state considers a friend.
My constantly calling for veterans is that it no longer makes it through Serbia, does not make a way up in Slavic states or in countries that consider Serbia a friend. As for Albania, they do not need to fear anything, as they know Albania does not extradite anyone. My call has been, war veterans don't have what they're looking for in Serbia, because they're constantly following them, but the danger is already in northern Macedonia, Montenegro -- that's in the friendly states of Serbia,” -- he said of Telegrafi.
Meanwhile, as for Kosovars Serbia is banning and keeping them in prison, Klink said citizens who are being stopped have not been involved in the war.
“A people who are being held in custody are not war veterans, and people have been in Germany and have nothing to do with war, but their own family members have shown this”, he stressed.
According to Klink, in these cases there should be reaction from internationals as Serbia cannot track anyone.
Among other things, Klinaku added that for everything that has happened in Kosovo, it has ended with The Hague's Tribunal, where it has been said that states alone must follow those who have committed war crimes.
He also added that if any Albanians did anything, then they should be followed only by the Kosovo Courts.
In the end, Klinaku said that the “persecutions Serbia is making are illegal, against them it is not well expected and we consider invaders”.
