According to “Justice Vow” sources, the recommendation of the investigative panel is expected to be sent to KRC members to approve.
“... from the content of the request, the attachment evidence of the same and the above-managed evidence could not confirm the facts presented in the 2005.2024 requirement concerning alleged disciplinary violations in the PKR.nr.170/202020...”, it is said among other things in the recommendation of the investigative panel.
This Panel has explained that Judge Kuci acted in consultation with the other two members of the court, which in this case were judges -- Arren and Mede Bytyqi, who reportedly jointly ruled on all cases involving the extent of house arrest.
This situation, according to the recommendation of the investigative panel, has been clarified by the jurors themselves who have been heard as witnesses in the disciplinary case against Judge Kuci.
But, regarding this case, the head of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Albina Shabani-Rama, had been declared otherwise. She had said about “Justice Vow” that Judge Kuci had not consulted the jurors when she decided to release the house arrest measure Sekiraqan.
Judge Kuci in this disciplinary case is represented by the lawyer, Cameron Kevershi.
