Kastrati: KFOR's Dring for the opening of Ibër Bridge is from the risk of a Russian attack via Serbia to the north

Kadri Kastrati, former commander of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), has said that international statements -- the United States and KFOR, respectively -- about the opening of the Ibri Bridge -- represent the threat of a Russian attack through Serbia in the north of the country. Where, according to him, the soldiers [...] would be attacked.
Kastrati dismissed the possibility of a confrontation between Kosovo forces and KFOR, stressing that such a result should be avoided.
My personal military learning is; There is no potential danger that Kosovo forces in this case police are at odds with KFORBecause I can't believe you can get her to that point. You can't come to that point..
Of course The bridge must be opened... haspainted little dust too much, It's not supposed to be so dusty around this bridge. It makes you so big.
(nationals) want to be careful not to happen, what happened in the attack on KFOR, where the soldiers got hurt... They have a fear that Russia is not working and interfering through Serbia, raising a conflict and attacking members of KFOR as well.“, Kastrati said on Radio Dukajini.
Kastrati has added that the Government of Kosovo has received and analysed sufficient intelligence reports from the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI) and KSF concerning the risk of opening the bridge.
I think that the Government of Kosovo has received reports of analysis from intelligence, AKI and KSF. Over risk, the situation of what if the bridge is opened, is there danger from local Serbs in the northern part, whether there are planning, that can attack or use for violent attacks, as happened last year to KFOR forces. I also think that the Government has made reviews and assessments of the breakdown of communications bridges with strategic partners, and yesterday we saw that even the prime minister had a meeting with KFOR commander on the issue of the” bridge, Kastrati added.
Kastrati believes that with the opening of the bridge, the situation will stabilise and that part of Kosovo will better integrate into the country's institutions.
“Yes, I wish and I hope that slowly all of these (Serbian illegal parallels) institutions have been recovered, returned to control of the institutions of Kosovo, sovereignty has been extended, law and constitutionality in that part has been extended, bridges have remained, and I think that with its release everything will be in order, and that part of Kova can integrate”, Kastrati has said among other things.
