Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has expressed his concern over the lack of international attention and has stressed the necessity of the company of the measures.

“Yes, unfortunately, despite the fact that we are in the process of dialogue with Belgrade there are two decades after the end of the war, and despite the fact that three agreements which envision the necessity of affirming the rights of Albanians in the Presevo Valley to finally meet them. The situation every day gets heavier, basic human rights, our collective rights... The right to use language, Albanian”, Camber said of the FIVE show.

The Albanian MP has stressed the importance of attracting international attention to the situation in the Presevo Valley.

The international Union doesn't have enough attention in the Presevo Valley, and with that we want to attract their attention here”, he added.

Kamberi has listed a series of problems facing Albanians in this region.

Serbia denies our right to equal integration in state bodies, not knowing diplomas, multiple problems in education, the issue of economic discrimination, the lack of space for life are just some of the acts that are constantly repeating which Serbia is taking to make life difficult for Albanians here”, he has declared.

The warned protest is a response to the failure of continued addresses and discrimination facing Albanians in the Presevo Valley, a situation that, according to Camberi, is becoming more serious and requires urgent intervention by the international community.
