Two indictments rose during the day to Kurti's Dots One for Abuse, and the other for a failure to declare wealth

The foundation court in Pristina has confirmed today the indictment for failing to report property to Deputy Prime Minister Gervala.

According to the indictment, Gervailla is charged that in the quality of the high public official with the legal obligation to declare property, in the form for property statements on March 22nd, 2021, he has not accurately presented the required data by law.

The Actakuz says the same on this form has not stated any in-lines of her husband, Stefan Schwarz, even though he has declared the same as a husband.

Also in the indictment it is suggested that the top diplomat has not declared the whole cadastral-land agricultural parcel, owned by 3964 m2 in ZK Dubovik-Decana, declaring only the surface of 2000 m2.

According to the prosecution's body, Gervala has not even declared business “Alb Lingua UG” registered in Bonn, Germany, on her behalf.

And so, Special Prosecution has announced that it has filed an indictment against the former chief executive of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Nagip Krasniqi, for misusing the official position.

The news has been made known through a media communique, reportedly misusing official duty from 2021 to 2023.

“Following the N.K. defendant's indictment. beginning October 15, 2021 and continuing until April 19, 2023, in the quality of the official person, using official duty, had committed the criminal act misusing the official position or authority defined”, the report said.

On April 19th of last year, Krasniqi was arrested under suspicion that he misused a 3.4m-euro tender with the company “Lawin SA” and local partner “Buyar B. Shala B. I.”, for the tender for the performance of jobs for the Tubina remont and the A5 TC Unit generator “Kosovo A”.

Krasniqi's name was also mentioned in the case of Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha's financial scandal in Croatia.

He reportedly had met in Croatia with Krasniqi during March of last year. However, it had denied Berisha during his report to the Energy Investigative Commission in the Kosovo Assembly on 17 November last year.

On December 2nd 2024, Krasniqi was invited to report to the Kosovo Parliamentary Investigative Commission about the decision-making process in the energy sector for 2006-2022.

But he had released the meeting after the chairman of this commission's question, Hajdar Beqa, who had requested information from Krasniqi not to start the A5 bloc's remont at the “Kosovo A”.

Despite charges against him, in his welcoming letter after being dismissed from office late April of this year, Krasniqi on his platform in “LinkedIn” stressed that it has failed to fully meet its objective, but that it has left several good traces of “”.
