Gentian Baytja's murder, a suspect found false Kosovo documents

According to Albania police during the search at the home of one of the suspects, Ibir Beqaraj alias Ilir Brahimi alias Ilir Mancellari, weapons have been found and, among other things, a false passport of the Republic of Kosovo by the name of B.A. citizens. Albania's police have said that even a false Kosovo ID has been found.

Police claim they're fake because they have photos of suspects.

To the suspects, the re-qualification of criminal work has been made.

<x) Procurory to Tirana's First Court of Jurydiction, in recognition of evidence and administered facts, has re-qualified the work in charge of citizens Ilir Alias Ilir Brahimi alys Ilir Mancellari, and in addition to criminal acts of counterfeiting documents and APUing without permission and producing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition, envisioned by the 186 and 278/1 Criminal Code, this citizen has been added to the criminal work, the pre-conventional, in the 27th Co-operation of Penal Code. Investigations continue to identify other authors, and for their results we will inform you consistently”, the Albanian Police report said.
