“I feel blackmailed, I ask the Prosecutor to urgently handle the”- Enver Hasani denouncing Puka

In his letter to the Insander newspaper, which he addressed to the Special Prosecutor and the Ethics Council, he has demanded that prior to the treatment of the case, the headman of the Ethics Council, Ishet Morina, be disfellowshipped, since he says that there is direct interest in any humiliation of his<18x1>, citing a verbal conflict they had shared in the meeting when Puka was elected Dean of Jurindic.

In his request, Hasan has also mentioned how the Ethics Council in the decision on Puka mentions his name as denounced but never invited him to give his word. He's been insisting that Puka cheated on the doctorate in Italy.

He said he had proof of that and that he would offer it to the Prosecutor whenever there is a request for it.

I have undeniable and original evidence from the Faculty of Jurydical University “La Sapienza” proving that Avni Puka doesn't have a doctorate wave from there, in a sense he said himself, and that's how he used it in his progress report in his final academic appeal. I offer this evidence to the prosecutor whenever I'm asked, because your decision cannot absorb criminal work.”

Hasan has also demanded that the part of the denouncing related to teaching from placing it on the Ethics Council, since he says it enters into the competence of the Special Prosecutor, since it constitutes criminal cases.

For his denouncing of Puka, where he claims that Hasan has not held any speeches during the 2023/2024 academic year, and that he has put the faculty of Juridicals in motion, compensated for the above rate without teaching, he has cited health reasons.

The nature of the disease has said that I will only share it with the Special Prosecutor, saying he will also present the written permission of the Rector.

Until you're decided by the prosecution organ, you can't take any action. This, even in the simple fact that a person with a disease like me can't have ethical problems during 2023-2024. I can't share with you the nature and intensity of my illness, because of my privacy. Finally, he has asked the Prosecutor to handle this matter urgently, saying he feels blackmailed by Avni Puka. According to Hasan, Puka is trying to shut up his speech about his reporting to the doctorate in Italy.

This blackmail is aimed at closing my mouth for the case of his false degree that released him and benefited from the illegal. For the rest of the denouncing, I remain willing to, at the first session (after the procedure involving Mr. Ishet Morina according to legal power, since the conflict of interest that Kosovo lawmaker has clearly determined in this case is an absolute obstacle in any case against me on the part of this Ethics Council, to offer any clarification for the remaining part of Avni Puka's reporting and everything else. It's okay if you consider the rest to have ethical dimensions. So, for that part, I'm ready whenever I show up and explain”, Hasan's request concludes.
