The European Union has rejected the initiative to open the Ibri Bridge there has been political solution to the issue between Kosovo and Serbia under dialogue in Brussels. According to the EU, the opening of the bridge will unilaterally increase tensions in northern Kosovo.
The EU has called on Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti not to proceed with unilateral actions.
These EU warnings come after the Kosovo government has taken initiative to open the Ibri Bridge.
